By accessing the hAIniel website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you use the product under a separate contract (MSA, order form), that document controls where it conflicts.

2. Services

We provide AI governance software and related services as described in your agreement or on the site. Features may change; we will give reasonable notice for material changes where required.

3. Acceptable use

No misuse, reverse engineering beyond permitted limits, or use that violates law. Enterprise accounts remain subject to your security and compliance obligations.

4. Intellectual property

hAIniel retains rights to the platform. You retain rights to your data; license grants for use of the service should be spelled out in the order form.

5. Disclaimers & limitation

Services are provided as agreed in contract. Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers must be drafted by counsel for your jurisdiction and customer type.

6. Governing law

To be set with legal counsel (venue, governing law, dispute resolution).
